• Our Competitive Pricing Guarantee does not apply to using ESLI coupons/rebates, promotional offers, special orders, back-order, clearance, closeouts, typographical errors in advertisements or product-bundle pricing on the order.

• Our Competitive Pricing Guarantee does not apply to items found on auction sites.

• The competitions price must be a genuine e-commerce website where orders are made online, not via the telephone or mail order, which also needs to be fully operational.

• Our Competitive Pricing Guarantee does not apply to discontinued or unavailable items on the competitor's website.

• Shipping, handling charges and sales tax (if applicable) will be included in the competitor's price.

• Our Competitive Pricing Guarantee is limited to price matches on US-based websites only.

• The price discrepancy must not be less than $1.00 per match request.

• You are given the price difference only once for the same product submitted per address.

Once your claim has be verified by ESLI, a discount equivalent to the price difference plus $1 bonus will be subtracted from the total amount of the product price. Be aware that the shipping and handling charge may become applicable as a result of the reduced price.

If an order includes both price matching and none price matching items, only the price matching item(s) indicated will qualify for discount. We reserve the right to cancel any price matching order with unverifiable information.

If either the URL provided is invalid or the product is found to be not identical at our sole discretion, your order would be canceled. In case of cancellation of your order for any reason, you will be notified by email. Submitting a Price Matching Offer does not guarantee we will match the lower price. Sometimes we are unable to match a competitors price, should this occur, you will be notified by email and your order will be canceled.
